I am 1.75 tall x 75kg. Medium size can be correct for me?

Hi Fabio, the clothing size for these is similar to what you would wear on a day to day basis. So if you wear large coats we recommend you choose size large etc etc. If there are any problems with the size it is no problem to return it for a replacement size.
