Delivery usually takes 1-3 working days.

If you place your order before 8am on a working day then your order should be dispatched that day if all items are advertised as 'In Stock'.

Large items and orders will be sent with DHL, this is usually a next-day service but it is not guaranteed.

Smaller items will be sent with Royal Mail, this is a 48 hour service.

All parcels are sent with end-to-end tracking, we will send an email once the order has been dispatched with a link to a page where you can track the parcel. Please note that the tracking may not become live until 8pm on the day of dispatch.

All of our products are of the highest quality and have to pass a quality inspection before they arrive with us, but there are the odd times when items will arrive from a manufacturer with defects. If this does happen, please contact us and we will resolve this quickly and to your satisfaction.

If you have received an item and it is has been damaged or broken during transit we kindly ask that you keep all packaging and take some photo’s of the parcel, packaging and the item. We will provide details on how to send the photos when you get in touch with us.

Although every item is checked off by a dedicated checker to ensure that each items is correct, they are only human, so if you have received an item in error please except our apologies. Because every case is unique we ask that you contact us to resolve the situation.

If you are having trouble logging in to your account there are a couple of fixes to get you shopping again.

If you are having problems remembering your password then you can use our forgot password facility, follow the on-screen steps and we will send a new password to your registered email address. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam box, failing that, contact us as it is likely that the email address is incorrect.

If your account is relatively new and it is only the second time you have logged in then it could be your email address that is causing the problem. A simple mistake, such as missing or adding a letter, can stop you from accessing your account. We suggest checking the email address from your latest invoice, or contact us and we can correct the mistake for you.

We proud ourselves on our accurate stock system, but some items are advertised with a delay as they must come from our supplier before we can send them to you.

  • In Stock - This means that the item is in stock and ready to be dispatched.
  • Due Soon - This is displayed on brand new items which are yet to arrive.
  • Out of Stock - We have sold out of this item, but we are expecting more to arrive.
  • 6-10 Day Dispatch - This item is not kept in stock or stock controlled. We have to order this item from our supplier.
  • If in doubt, feel free to call us to check the availability of an item.

    It is very difficult to show a detailed sizing guide for the entire range as it varies between brands, but some products will show a sizing guide as an image in the product description. If there is no sizing guide shown then this means we haven’t been able to get one from the manufacturer. In this instance, we recommend purchasing the standard size you would normally wear.

    When your clothing arrives, make sure you try it on in a clean environment as it is no problem to return it back to us for a refund if it doesn’t fit.
