Daiwa don't give us anything to go on as far as a clothing size chart and they suggest ordering your normal go to size. Ultimately if you find they dont fit, you can return them to us new and unused and with the original packaging for a full refund so you order the next size up or down.

A 345 waist should put you around a Medium size. Ultimately though if they dotn fit, your welcome to return them to us new and unused with their original packaging. We'll give you a full refund so you can go for the next size up, there is no smaller option than the Medium.
