Can I get a map 13 meter pole and a couple of top kits in it for a day’s pleasure fishing

Width wise I'm sure a pole and a few top kits would fit in there, but I'm not sure about the length of your specific pole. This case is only 140cm long as it is designed for top kits that are generally shorter. I'd suggest measuring your pole whilst packed away to see if it is shorter than 140cm.
