I'd like to order a spare spool for my Inertia 420 reel; its currently out of stock. are you likely to be receiving a shipment soon?, you used to do a facility where you could leave your email and you email back when you had replacement stock, do you not do this anymore?

As far as I'm aware, having just tried one. You should get the traditional ticking noise from the drag. If you get in touch with our customer services team, they should be able to look into this for you. You can message them via the ticketing system via our website, or give them a ring during office hours.

Hi., I ordered the 320 spare spool 24th December and still not received my order? How can this be so if your web site states that it is in stock and delivery takes 2 working days?

Hi Dean,
Those spools are listed as 6-10 day items with an extended delivery time as we source them direct from Preston when you place your order. Whilst under normal circumstances this works just fine. Preston however shut down over the Christmas period and then stay closed into the new year whilst they do an annual stock take. This has the knock on effect of delaying orders and deliveries. We do sell individual replacement spools for the 320, 420 and 520 models. If they were interchangeable we'd just sell the one option. The 420 size though is currently out of sock.
