Ultima Red Ice Mono has grown and grown in popularity since it’s introduction a few years ago and has become Ultima’s most popular all round saltwater product. Red Ice has also proved highly popular when fishing from the shore on either shingle or rocky beaches, as it copes very well with rough ground due, to the inherent high abrasion resistance of its main copolymer component. Recently ordered and received two spools of Red Ice 15lb line to replace the line on two Pro Rocket reels I have been using over the past 2 years. Happy to re-load with Red Ice again in the knowledge the line provides very good value for money. Very good service with line received quickly. Will definitely be pleased to place future orders with Tackleuk.
Great delivery, and fantastic product, very happy
The strength of Red Ice is incredible and performs outstandingly in rough conditions, its perfect for both beach and boat fishing and is now becoming one of the most popular lines in New Zealand.
Red Ice ticks all the boxes for me, it has a high abrasion resistance, good visibility and the knot strength is excellent. A fantastic all round mainline.
Red Ice is my first choice for shore fishing as a main line, casts with ease. The colour is best for night fishing as it can be seen easly, and great value for money.
