The HTO Tempest Combat Rod 8ft 2in makes a superb all round medium weight lure rod with scope for working all kinds of lures in fresh and saltwater. Originally designed as a dedicated bass lure rod, and carrying a 5-25g casting weight. Manufactured from a premium high-volume 40-ton Japanese carbon fibre, with the blanks reinforced with their unique X-Tec Mesh layering technology. Fitted out with top of the range Fuji Guides and Fuji Reel Seats. The end result is an incredibly fast action that recovers almost instantly and with a hollow tubular tip that gives superior casting accuracy.
