The 9ft and 10ft feeder rods have been designed for both bomb and feeder fishing. Hi I want to buy the 10ft commercial.and have won a hx pro reel but it's the 6000, is it to big for the rod...I am fishing for carp mostly anyway.

Hi Thomas. Thanks for the question. It will be too big for the 10’ unfortunately. I would use a 3000 or a 4000 (brand depending) on the 10’. If you fish at distance the 6000 will be perfect for that. Hope this helps. Regards, Tackleuk
