Description
Wychwood Specialist S3 Twin Tip 11ft. Built on ultra slim blanks that feature a 3K carbon weave throughout. Designed in the UK, this new series of rods have been developed for the serious specialist and Barbel angler. Constructed using the best Toray Carbon, with a natural sanded matt finish, to prevent any glare or flash from the blank that could spook fish on clear waters. Featuring classic olive-green whipping, black trim, a matching olive-green full Duplon handle, DPS reel seat and finished with quality Sea Guides throughout. The lighter tip twin rods feature soft forgiving tops, for easy bite indication, which is required when fishing with more finesse.
Twin Tip 1.25LB
The perfect rod when a bit of finesse is required, but a rod that still has enough power to deal with those specimen fish. The length is ideal for small rivers, streams and still waters, targeting chub, Roach, Tench or bream. The slim blank offers a surprising amount of power in the lower butt section to deal with Barbel or Carp. It is the ideal rod for those intimate fishing venues, where lighter lines are required. Supplied with a 2oz full carbon quiver tip, plus a hollow tip section
TWIN TIP 1.5LB
This is good all-round rod, that offers a bit more power throughout the blank, and is perfect tool when targeting those bigger fish, but still need a bit of finesse in the tip section. The length is ideal for roving around, and is supplied with a 2.5oz full carbon quiver tip, plus a hollow tip section.
TWIN TIP 1.75LB
The 1.75lb version of the S3 rod range, is without a doubt most versatile rod within the range. The length makes it suitable for roving, yet the extra power it features enables the rod to be used on a wide range of venues. This is the perfect rod if you are looking at tackling larger still waters for Carp, Tench or Bream, as targeting Barbel on rivers. A true allrounder with an unbelievable action. Supplied with a 3.0oz full carbon quiver tip, plus a hollow tip section.
