Description
Guru N-Gauge Specimen Reels, a series of stepped up reels designed to cover a wide range of methods and venues. Featuring a lightweight graphite main body, aluminium spools and handles. With 5+1 ball bearing used throughout ensuring smooth performance. The baitrunner style free spool system allows for fine tuning and adjustment to give just the right amount of resistance you need. There are three models available a 4000, 5000 and 6000 all with a matching 4.6:1 gear ratio.

Is there a size difference in the body of the reels, (between the 4000/5000/6000). or is it just the depth of the spools?

Hi Wayne, thanks for the question. Yes there will be for both, as a guide I would look at 4000 for a 10’ rod, 5000 for 11’ etc etc. If you are local to us you are welcome to visit the shop or warehouse and we gladly show you this sizes so you can match them up to a rod. Are the pre-spooled with line and if so what lb line?
