Hi, i stopped using Dacron connectors ages ago because i suffered a nasty experience were the Dacron cut through the elastic after a couple of sessions. Can you explain what went wrong or what i did wrong if anything? Thanks.

Hi Christopher.
It may have just been that the Dacrons you were using a long time ago were poor quality. All the new dacrons on the market these days are coated to stop them cutting in to the elastic. There are plenty of helpful videos on YouTube.

What do the different sizes equate to in elastic sizes please.

The sizes equate to the following,
X small - 4-6
Small - 8-10
Medium - 10-14
Large - Black, Hydro and above.
