Do you know if these fit snugly into the ics feeder stems? I’m looking for something instead of the plastic/rubber in-line quick change beads. Thanks

What I do is to take the hook attachment element out of the ICM Inline Quick Change Beads and replace it with a Korum large size quick change swivel / hooklink connector which is a snug fit. Other brands will probably fit as well.
