I have a Nash 240 free chamber boat as well as a fox 240 free chamber boat, I’m looking for a solution to charge the boat without having to plug into a 12 V cigarette lighter, Would this be suitable for pumping those boats up?

Not sure on that one. Looking at the image it doesn't look like a traditional connector. There is a manual available from the fox website that might tell you more.
