Access to and use of our Web Site ("the Site") and the sale and purchase of products from the Site are governed by the terms and conditions of use and the terms and conditions of business (together "terms and conditions") set out below.
By using the Site you agree to accept these terms and conditions. If you do not wish to accept these terms and conditions, please do not use this Site.

1: Linked Sites
We are not responsible for the content of any off-site pages or any other sites linked to the Site nor have we reviewed any such site. If you link to any off-site pages or other sites without our prior written permission, such action will be at your own risk. We cannot be held responsible for the contents of any web site which is electronically linked to the Site and which is not maintained by us.
2: Copyright and Trademarks
2.1 All Site design, text, graphics, the selection and arrangement thereof, and all software compilations, underlying source code, software (including applets) and all other material on this Site are the copyright of Tackleuk and its affiliates, or their content and technology providers. All rights reserved.
2.2 Permission is granted to electronically copy and to print in hard copy portions of the Site for the sole purpose of placing an order with us or using the Site as a shopping resource. Any other use of materials on this Site, including reproduction for purposes other than those noted above, modification, distribution, or republication, without our prior written permission, is strictly prohibited.
2.3 All brand names, product names and titles used in the Site are trade marks or trade names of their respective holders. No permission is given in respect of the use of any of these names or titles and moreover any such use may constitute an infringement of the holders' rights.
Terms & Conditions of Business
1: Sale and Purchase
We will sell and you will purchase products subject to our terms and conditions of business set out below. The contract in respect of the products supplied by us to you comes into existence when your order has been accepted by us. For the avoidance of doubt, receipt of an order via our Site does not constitute acceptance of an order.
1.1 Tackleuk is a retailer and we do not provide goods for resale. We reserve the right to investigate and cancel any orders that we believe are for this purpose.
We may restrict the maximum quantity of an item that can be ordered per customer. Any attempt to breach these restrictions may result in the suspension of your account.
2.1 All prices are quoted in pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified.
2.2 Prices are subject to any changes to the rate or applicability of VAT
2.3 All item prices are exclusive of delivery and packaging, unless otherwise stated. Details of our delivery charges are found in our "Delivery" section.
2.4 Prices are correct at the time of order only and relate to internet purchases only. All orders for products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse to supply any particular person or product.
3.1 Payment must be made in pounds Sterling only by major credit or debit cards as listed: Visa, Delta, Master Card, Switch, Electron, Solo and American Express.
4: Passing of Property
We will retain the property in the products until full payment has been made by you and has been received by us.
5: Passing of Risk
The risk in the products will pass to you on delivery, as set out in paragraph 6.2 below.
6.1 All products are sent by courier (DHL) and Royal Mail.
6.2 You bear the risk once the products have been signed for/delivered.
6.3 You agree that you have read the section about Shipping Rates And Delivery Options on the Tackleuk website.
6.4 If the parcel is delivered to a neighbor or you have chosen for it to be left in a safe location Tackleuk will not accept any liability for loss of the parcel. Once the parcel has been left on the customer's property the liability is transferred from our courier to the customer.
6.5 The estimated delivery date range shown at the time of order is an estimate and is not guarantee. Tackleuk will not accept any liability for losses incurred by a late delivery.
You will inspect products within 48 hours and you will be deemed to have accepted the products unless you notify us in accordance with paragraph 8 below that you want to cancel your order or you notify us in accordance with paragraph 9 below that the products are faulty. If no such action is taken, we will consider the products being as described, of satisfactory quality and the whole order is complete. We will not accept any rejection or cancellation at a later date. Your statutory customer rights are not affected.
8: Right to Cancel
8.1 You have the right to cancel your contract with us at any time before the expiry of 7 working days from the day after the date of delivery of the products, providing the product are returned unused, still in its original packaging and suitable for resale. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price (minus delivery costs if the item had free delivery).
8.2 Exceptions to the right to cancel
- DVDs and Videos will only be accepted if the packaging has been unopened and the security seal is still intact.
- All Frozen Baits.
8.3 Restock charge - Any items that were special ordered for your order or items shown with a 3-6 or 6-10 day delivery will be refunded minus our standard restocking & admin fee of 5% or £20, whichever is the greatest.
8.4 Cancelling your order before or during dispatch - If you wish to cancel your order before or during our dispatch process you can either do this by telephone or support ticket. Please note that if you submit a support ticket it may not be seen until after the order has been passed to our courier, meaning it is too late to cancel and you will have to return the item back to us for a refund/exchange.
9: Faulty Items
9.1 Items faulty at the point of sale
Any item that was faulty at the point of sale may be returned for free repair, replacement or refund, provided you have the original receipt or alternative proof of purchase and the faulty item is returned complete with all components.
For items to be returned more than six months after the time of purchase the same above applies but in addition, evidence of fault at the time of sale will be required.
Please note that you will not be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in respect of fair wear and tear. Please return the original and complete packaging.
9.2 Faults developed within the warranty period
Most items sold by Tackleuk come with a 12 month manufacturer's warranty. If a product develops a fault within the warranty period assistance will be provided by way of spares or a repair depending on the type of product purchased. Wear and tear is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty and we will not be able to cover the cost of return for faults developed outside of the 28 day period.
9.3 Faults within 28 days
An exchange or refund will be issued providing the item is returned within 28 days from the original date of purchase.
9.4 Cost of return
All returns to Tackleuk must be returned by the customer at the customers expense, but if you are returning an item that is faulty, damaged or has been sent in error and you expect us to cover the cost of return it must be sent with Royal Mail on the First Class Recorded service, if any other service is used we will only reimburse you the equivalent cost of it being sent with the Royal Mail First Class Recorded service. If your item is too large to be sent with this service please discuss this with us before returning. You must contact us and confirm that we will cover the cost of return before returning an item.
When packing the item please ensure that the parcel is as small as possible to reduce the shipping costs.
You will only be reimbursed once a manufacturer's defect/error has been confirmed.
The above only applies to orders delivered within the United Kingdom, any return costs from Europe or elsewhere must be met by the customer, regardless of fault.
10: Descriptions and images
10.1 At Tackleuk we attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Tackleuk does not warrant that the product descriptions or content of this site is always 100% accurate, complete or error-free. If a product offered by Tackleuk itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return the item in an unused condition within 28 days.
10.2 The images used to portray a product on the Tackleuk website are used for illustration purposes only, any information or features which are shown in the image may not match the product you will receive. If an item does not meet the specification, quality or expected standard the sole remedy is to return the item in an unused condition within 28 days.
11.1 We reserve the right to cancel or withhold any promotion offered by Tackleuk.
11.2 Certain categories & brands can and will be excluded from all site-wide promotions.
a. These include, but are not limited to Poles, Fish Finders, Outboard Trolling Motors, Bait Boats and Bait Boat Accessories, Nash products & Delkim products.
b. Tackleuk reserves the right to cancel any order which benefits from the use of a promotional discount where a product from one of the excluded categories has been purchased.
11.3 Items that have been returned for refund or exchange will be processed in accordance with the standard returns policy, however, if an alternative item is selected the promotional discount cannot be applied.
11.4 If errors or ambiguity exist in any promotional content, including digital media, Tackleuk accepts no liability as the contract is formed upon ss11.1-11.3.
11.5 The Delivery Banner shown across the Tackleuk website features the text "Free Delivery on orders over £50". This text contains an asterisk as exclusions apply to this offer, such as certain postcodes within Scotland, Northern Ireland and islands.
12.1 Please note that our products and promotions are only available in mainland United Kingdom and, as such, may be unavailable in the region or country from which you are accessing the Site.
12.2 If any part or parts of these terms and conditions are deemed invalid, void or unenforceable, then that part or those parts will be considered sever able from these terms and conditions thereby not preventing the remainder from being enforceable or effective.
12.3 These terms and conditions may be revised at any time and we reserve the right to do so. You are, therefore, advised to keep up to date with the contents of these terms and conditions as revisions are binding upon you.
12.4 Nothing in these terms and conditions will reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. For further information about your statutory rights contact your local authority Trading Standards Department or Citizen's Advice Bureau.
13: Governing Law
13.1 Your use of this Site and any purchase by you on this Site of any products will be governed by English Law and will be deemed to have occurred in mainland United Kingdom.
14: Contact Information
14.1 We try and offer customers the best possible service an online company can, so operate a phone line during the working week, outside of our opening times you reach us by creating a support ticket.
15: Recycling Of Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment
15.1 We’re pleased to offer our customers free recycling on all household electrical items. Unwanted electrical equipment is the UKs fastest growing type of waste, and sending it to landfill causes lead and other toxins can leak out and cause soil and water contamination, harming wildlife and human health. Fortunately, many electrical items can now be repaired or recycled. That’s why we’re offering free recycling on a like-for-like basis – so when you buy a new item from us, we will make sure your old model is taken care of. If you’re not sure whether your electrical item can be recycled, have a look for the crossed-out wheelie bin symbol on the packaging, or on the item itself. If the symbol appears on the replacement item, this is also an indication that the old model should be recycled. PLEASE NOTE All items have to be returned by the customer at there cost and we will make sure that your electrical item is recycled on your behalf.
