Groundbait is a mixture of natural ingredients, for example fishmeal, bread crumbs, vanilla sugar, hemp seeds or oils  which are then moistened with water and formed into balls or pressed onto a feeder. The attraction they create is phenomenal - a cloud of flavour and strong scents throughout the water column.
