Items have been removed from my order
Sometimes we will sell out of a few items and the website will not show this, it is currently unavoidable for us at the moment. If this happens, we will try to call you on your daytime contact number to discuss how you would like to proceed, we will usually have some like-for-like alternatives too.
If we cannot get hold of you for whatever reason we will email you, letting you know that the item is out of stock. We will leave it 24 hours to hear back from you, if no response is received we will have no choice but to remove the items from your order and adjust your payment accordingly.
If there are small items such as hooks, swivels etc that are out of stock and they do not make up the bulk of your order then we may remove them from your order and send you an email to let you know this has happened.
We are sorry if your order has had items removed, and this is something we are working to change in the future.
Due to certain restrictions we are unable to follow the above procedure for orders placed outside of the UK.
This doesn’t happen often, so we hope that your next order will be complete.
