Broken, damaged or incorrect items
At Tackleuk we check every fragile item over before it is dispatched, this means that every item leaves us in a perfect condition. All of our products are of the highest quality and have to pass a quality inspection before they arrive with us, but there are the odd times when items will arrive from a manufacturer with defects. If this does happen, please contact us and we will resolve this quickly and to your satisfaction.
If you have received an item and it is has been damaged or broken during transit we kindly ask that you keep all packaging and take some photo’s of the parcel, packaging and the item. We will provide details on how to send the photos when you get in touch with us.
Although every item is checked off by a dedicated checker to ensure that each items is correct, they are only human, so if you have received an item in error please except our apologies. Because every case is unique we ask that you contact us to resolve the situation.
