Due to the impact of COVID-19 and to ensure that we are keeping our team safe, we are operating with a limited level of support and have closed our phone lines. Orders are being dispatched as normal and our delivery partners are trying to deliver on time, but we are seeing delays of several days for quite a lot of deliveries.
Sometimes, the DHL website will advise you to contact us as the parcel has been delayed, this is perfectly normal under these conditions and there is no need to contact us, the parcel will likely be delivered within a few days of this message being shown.
Shipping to Austria, France & Italy is currently suspended and will resume once things return to normal
